You don’t have to be injured to receive Physical Therapy treatments. TORQ PT offers Massage & Bodywork sessions for those seeking a way to maximize performance and optimal recovery through strictly hands-on techniques. 

What to expect:

Massage & Bodywork sessions are focused on a targeted approach based off a formal evaluation from a Doctor of Physical Therapy. This allows us to maximize the treatment based on your current needs.

We use techniques including but not limited to:

  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Active Release
  • Gua-Sha; Muscle Scraping
  • Cupping
  • Manual Trigger Point Release
  • Kinesiotape Application
